Movies, animation and sound, when used sparingly, can add extra appeal to a website. Great consideration must be given to the "target audience" and purpose of the website. Overdoing these special effects can slow a page's loading time and can become annoying to viewers.
PDF's (Portable Document Format) allows all viewers to open and print documents even if they do not have the software orignally used to create the document. The original design, layout, fonts and graphics are maintained... no matter what type of computer or browser the viewer uses. Large documents or graphics can be archived as PDF's.
